Are your supplements vegan?
Yes — every formula in our range is 100% plant-based, including the capsule shells (we use
pullulan, derived from tapioca). No gelatin, no animal derivatives.
How do I know the dose actually works?
Each active ingredient is included at the level used in peer-reviewed clinical studies, not
the lowest amount that lets us put it on the label. You can find the supporting research linked on every
product page.
Can I take multiple CASTLE NATURAL products together?
Most of our formulas are designed to stack safely. If you're taking three or more, we
recommend a quick check with your doctor — especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or on prescription
medication.
Shipping & returns
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 1pm ET ship the same business day. Standard delivery in the US takes
2–5 business days; international 7–14.
What's your return policy?
Try any product for 30 days. If you're not feeling it, send the remainder back for a full
refund — no questions, no restocking fee.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to 40+ countries. Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout and
included in the price you see.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Pick a delivery cadence (every 30, 45, or 60 days) and we'll send a fresh bottle
automatically. You'll save 15% on every shipment and can pause, swap, or cancel any time from your account.
Can I skip a delivery?
Of course. You can skip, delay, or change the products in your subscription up to 24 hours
before the next ship date.
